No Refunds or Exchanges
At the time of your order, TicketingSystems.com will remove the number of tickets you purchase from the theater's inventory, reducing the number of seats available for the chosen show time. While this allows us to provide our customers with the clear benefit of guaranteed seats, it prevents TicketingSystems.com and our theater partners from reselling tickets in the event that you do not attend your chosen show time.
If you cannot attend a show time for which you have purchased tickets, you may contact the appropriate theatre to inquire about their policy on refunds and exchanges. We strongly recommend that you contact the theater's management prior to your show time, as they may not issue refunds or provide exchanges after show time. Any refund or exchange is at the discretion of theatre management and can only be conducted at the theater box office where you retrieve the tickets you purchased through TicketingSystems.com.
Picking Up Your Tickets
Please read your online confirmation page carefully, as it provides you with important information about retrieving your tickets. Please remember to bring your bar-coded confirmation page to the theatre. If you can't print or don't have a printer, just take your credit card with you.
TicketingSystems.com accepts MasterCard and Visa. TicketingSystems.com does not accept "Single-Use" card number security products.
Pricing and Availability
TicketingSystems.com sells tickets on behalf of our theatre partners. TicketingSystems.com does not set ticket prices, determine show times, or control ticket availability and inventory.
